Key Responsibilities,Tools & Techniques:

A land surveyor is a professional who measures and maps land, water, and airspace to determine property boundaries, construction sites, and other key features for legal, construction, and development purposes. We have been successfully working with clients across the UK for over a decade to help them achieve this.  Our team are all fully trained and accredited Land Surveyors who can work with you to solve even the complex of projects.

Measuring Land: We measure distances and angles between points on, above, and below the Earth’s surface. We use tools such as theodolites, GPS devices, and total stations to gather precise data

Determining Boundaries: We establish property boundaries and provide legal descriptions of land. This information is crucial for property ownership and real estate transactions

Mapping and Reporting: Our Surveyors create maps and charts based on their measurements. These maps are used for construction projects, land development, and legal documentation

Construction and Development: We provide critical data for constructing buildings, roads, and other infrastructure projects, ensuring structures are built in the correct location and to the correct specifications

Subdivision and Land Development: Our Surveyors help in subdividing land into smaller plots for development or sale, ensuring compliance with zoning laws and regulations.

GPS (Global Positioning System): For accurate location data

Total Stations: For measuring angles and distances

Theodolites: For measuring horizontal and vertical angles

Drones: For aerial surveys and capturing data over large areas

GIS (Geographic Information Systems): For analysing spatial data and creating detailed maps
